Stated item was in stock but it wasnt.

Very poor communication, I called to confirm that an item was in stock before I placed the order. The owner checked while I was on the phone and confirmed that the item in the correct colour was definitely in stock.

When the item didn't arrive on the day specified I called the following day and was informed that it wasn't in stock and that they ordered it in (but in a different colour as the colour I wanted was not available).

While this could have been a mistake the sensible thing to do would be to contact the customer and state that the item is not in stock.

Seems they are to keen to take your money and hope you dont mind a late delivery.

I cancelled the order and took my money elsewhere.
