Ryanair is pretty much; you get what you pay for. On the flight out we were 2 hours delayed on the way back we were an hour delayed. What is frustrating is that none of the staff let us know what was going on. When someone asked it was met with a rude response and a complete lack of emotion.
They are cheap but a bit of customer care wouldn't go amiss.
I came across this site back in December as I was searching for a good holiday deal. I hadn't heard of loveholidays before and with a bit of research found out it was a new site although with excellent credentials; part of Hays Travel and working with Thomas Cook, Thomson etc. I needed a quick deal as I had some spare holiday days for use in January. I found an excellent deal to go to Sharm in Egypt and I couldn't find a better price online. I hoped that everything would be ok and it was! Excellent holiday, no problems and at a great price. I am really impressed and will be using loveholidays again!
