TripAdvisor has become such an invaluable tool for me when booking holidays and travelling. I think I am now incapable of travelling without using TripAdvisor and think its a brilliant place to go for impartial reviews and up to date pictures of places.
I like the new 'Saves' function so I can keep all the places I like the look of in one place. This is brilliant inspiration when planning my next holiday!
I moved to first direct from HSBC in December as they offered a £100 joining incentive and also where the provider of my mortgage.
I cannot rate them highly enough, its basically a more personal and friendly subsidiarity of HSBC.
They offer a local rate telephone number which I think is pretty much 24hour and brilliant products that I think are always cost effective. Their website is easy to use and best of all they have a really well developed mobile banking app for iPhone users. 10/10 and recommend to friends all the time!
I visited Pasta Brown after a recommendation from a friend. There are three menu options;
Dine In, Take Away, Express Lunch
They offer salads and pizza too. The family originates from Naples and has been here 70 years. The service is still very personal, friendly and attentive.
Thrilled at the idea of old fashioned family restaurants (dicipated by large food chains resembling cattle farms) I asked the chefs in the open kitchen for a recommendation based on a love of spicy and strong flavors. I was given the Penne Spinachi. I am a foodie and eat out several times a week, this is officially the best pasta I have eaten in London. The quantities are massive and ingredients are completely fresh when you make your selection.
There is the option to have wholewheat and gluten free pasta upon request.
Whilst we waited (all of about 10 minutes) we where given a plate of gourmet garlic bread with mozarella & tomato with fresh olives at a table.
Highly recommended to everyone, I will be a regular customer from now on!

I was with love film for just under a year and really liked it. I have recently taken a sky package so I have not needed the account anymore and since cancelled.
I had one or two discs go missing and there was never a problem reporting that, It was also easy to mark a disk faulty if it didn't play properly. I used to have about 1 disc a week and there was probably about 1 disc every other month that did not play properly. Their streaming service is brilliant but limited. The movie options are always old titles or ones that may have not made it to cinema release. So although they can claim to have thousands of titles available there are only a hundred or so worth watching.
I cannot comment on recent improvements but I would definitely give them 5 stars for customer service and operation of their business.
Maybe the library could improve and then I would be able to give them 5 stars for that too!
I ordered 3 dresses back in early January from their new collection and had no problems with the order. It arrived the next day on standard delivery option. The dresses where a make called New York Laundry that I actually really like. The quality was synonymous with the price, they where simple styles so you can't really go wrong however. I found them all true to size too.
I did not need to contact customer service so I cannot comment on that.
I would definitely use them again based on this experience.
I have been a customer of Next for over 4 years and I have never had an issue with them. I have used all their order systems and can't fault any of them. I have frequently returned goods months after purchasing and never had any problems. Their clothes are always of an acceptable or good quality and very rarely have faults. Delivery is always prompt and 'store' delivery is really handy too. Great to avoid unnecessary delivery costs and missing the post man!
