As above, easy service. Sent the delivery tracking number before it was available to check, which was a bit strange, and no delivery slot, and delivery came late in the day having paid for for next day delivery was a bit disappointing. So room for improvement on delivery, but all else good!
Will not use tapsuk again. Failed to deliver on the date they set, and because they were the middlemen (unknown at point of ordering) they had no power to fix problem. They had poor to no communication with supplier, and couldn't fix the problem. Also discovered their help line is premium rate at over £1.50 peril min, so could not even talk to someone to resolve. Delivery ultimately came a week late with me having to chase daily.
Sure their staff were doing all they could, but were clearly not empowered to do any thing useful, so communication was painfully useless.
Terrible experience, bad communication, misleading, and hugely frustrating to deal with. Definite one to avoid.
Well, I can't comment on the actual product, as it's never arrived!Website doesn't tell you delivery date until you have purchased. That's when we found out there was a 4 month wait. It's now been 7 months and still no sofa. NEVER proactive to contact us, we have to chase, and then are told of constant delays and new estimates. Website tracker doesn't work as says original date.
At one point told it had been shipped and in warehouse - next update there were production delays (so hasn't been shipped).
July update - The 'Firm' Mattress is not living up to it's name. After 3-4 months started getting dips & imprints from where we slept (even though we rotate as per instructions - you can't flip it). Not experienced this before, so written to Sleeprooms to see if they think it's faulty or what they can suggest?...
We went to the showroom to make our choice as we liked so many of the beds on the website! The bed was then delivered within a week which was an amazing turn around time (we're currently waiting on sofas between 7 and 14 weeks delivery time!). The delivery timing was a bit annoying as we were only offered a 12-2pm slot (even if we offered to delay a week later), which meant I had to take the day off. But the delivery guys came at the beginning of the two hour slot, which was great, and were quick and efficient at putting the bed together.
The bed itself (Coco) is lovely, and mattress (firm) is great. Overall an excellent purchase, good value, good experience and have recommended to mates.
