I ordered 3 items online on 1st January 2012. I was informed that I would not receive the order in 3-4 days, therefore I emailed to express my disappointment. I received a personal call on Sunday 6th January and was reassure that I would receive my order on Thursday 12th January. I then advised the customer service advisor that I required the order for 14th January for my daughter's wedding.
No order received by Friday 13th and when customer services was contacted I was advised that the order had not yet been dispatched. The advisor promised to email the Head Office details, sadly that did not happen and the items arrived on Monday 16th.
I received a response after 5 days to my email to head office and had my reviews rejected because the issue was a delivery problem.
No way I will shop online at Debenhams if this is what they call service.
Reluctantly giving one star because there is no option.
