Missing delivery and still chasing for a refund!

Ordered a pair of jeans off the website. After a week they hadn't turned up. So I tracked them and basically the Hermes delivery man said they had been delivered to a non existent porch. Phoned NL straightaway on the Saturday - told that Hermes would need to get back to them within 48 hours and I had to call back. I checked that this meant 48 hours from then and they confirmed. Phoned back on Monday - it hadn't been sorted yet as it was over the weekend. I complained so they actioned the refund. I received 2 emails saying i would get a refund for the missing goods and a second one for the postage. Received the postage back into my Paypal account within the day.

After 5 days, still no sign of the actual refund despite an email confirmation. So I emailed them. Heard nothing, so called two days later. Was told the refund had only been approved the day before despite it being a week since I received the postage refund / confirmation but I would receive it within 5 days. Still nothing received 5 days later.

Fed up with having to chase this especially as it costs you to call them - they won't call you back or respond to emails. Is this a scam in that they hope I would forget about the actual refund after receiving the postage?

Service is disgraceful! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered 2 items of furniture 3 months ago. I am still waiting for delivery - get promised delivery every week after the order said the maximum lead time was 5 weeks at the time. I waited for 5 weeks and have now been waiting a further 2 months and they STILL can't tell me when my goods will be delivered!!!

Lack of telephone number is telling. Achica avoid having to actually deal with customers and keep you in the dark. Sick of having to wait 2 days for a response via email that means nothing as they don't keep to their word. Achica keep blaming the supplier - surely they have service level agreements with their suppliers??

Achica customer service is appalling - beginning to HATE this company! They have had £200 plus delivery charge of my money for 3 months and I have no delivery!!!!! Now looking at making more formal complaints against this company.
