Ordered scenic megane front bumper, grills, wing, did not receive grills they said they would be sent by royal mail order was done December 2nd 2009
today is the 20th. Front bumper was damaged on delivery and sent to a
2 Put the phone down on you when you ask for refund
3 They say in stock on web site ( no grills )
4 Charged £33 for next day delivery (three weeks later still no grills)
5 Make excuses like item checked at depot, driver checked item
when have you seen a driver check 6ft items in a bag
6 No invoice on delivery
7 They will not return your emails
8 Keep you hanging on the phone 9p a minute more on mobile phones
I strongly recommend that Consumers stay away from this company
not unless you want to get ripped off.
This matter is in the hands of our credit card company i will do
what i can to disgrace this company
