Expensive and poor delivery service

They use DPD which do not deliver on saturdays and their depot is also not open on saturdays. They offer an 'upgrade' for £10 to deliver on saturdays. Still haven't received the goods after having given DPD instructions to leave it a secure place 2 days ago. Fed up with companies like this which do not give you any options other than taking a day of annual leave or forking more money out. Will try and cancel and hope they return the money. Stick with companies that use Royal Mail, at least you can collect it from the post office and there are no 'upgraded' delivery scams.
