bad Service

i have purchased the 20 dollars international phone card, couldn't use it
from the beginning, the next day i could't even access the account, it keeps saying that invalid account number , please help with the issue, my account number is : 2014232752 First name: Wenqiang Last name: Miao, i have sent the customer service email , but so far no reply, please solve the issue for me ASAP!!!

Since you provided your account info, we were able to look up your information. The new customer verification team was not able to confirm your account. When signing up, you need to respond to a verification email and in some cases we will email or call you to verify your information. We have reviewed your account and went ahead and opened it, so that you can start using the service.
