I ordered an item, when I ordered the website stated 2 left in stock. Money was deducted from my account immediately, after 1 week I called and was told it will be delivered within a week. After a week nothing, I emailed twice and received no reply. I rang up again and was told they would expect the item in for another 8 days! Their website at the time stated they had 5 in stock!! I cancelled the order and demanded a refund which they complied with immediately. The refund was the most efficient part of this process...sadly my son didn't have his birthday present on his birthday because of them. Will never use them again.
