wish all stores were like zappos

when a store offers you a year-long return policy and free shipping on both directions, that's ubeatable. i buy shoes and the occasional bag from zappos on a regular basis and it's always a treat.

great genuine service but too many ads

I remember when trip advisor just started. they maintained their helping advantage to travelers all over the worlld, but their capitalistic appetite is a big no-no in my book. there are way too many ads on any given page and this just takes away from the experience...

Apple

The great apple needs to be more flexible

Apple is indeed one of the best companies out there today, and their products are amazing, but their customer service strategy could use a bit more flexibility... and they could also lower their prices every now and then, like their competitors do

Awesome products, amazing service

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. About a month ago I ordered a big wall sticker to decorate my living room, and it arrived three days later. It came with a cute how-to pamphlet that was easier to follow than ikea's. plus, when i called their customer service to get some extra tips, the nice girl in the phone was more than helpful. end result - it worked like a charm and i've been praising blik ever since!
