I have been using Scan for around 14 years as I live locally so it's very easy to order something then pop in and collect it. I can honestly say in all those years I have never had a problem with anything that I have bought.
Unfortunately my Razer Black Widow Ultimate keyboard died at the weekend after only 4 months and I couldn't find my receipt. As most companies won't entertain a return without proof of purchase I didn't hold much hope as I set out to see what Scan could do for me.
In short, I had nothing to worry about as the guys on the returns desk were helpful, cheerful and friendly and had my keyboard replaced within 5 minutes with no quibbles at all. There were no more Black Widows in stock but they helped me choose a suitable alternative of similar value/spec.
I had then had to take my new order to the sales desk where again the guy that served me was chatty, friendly and knowledgeable.
I now have a Corsair K90 Vengeance instead and actually prefer it to the original keyboard.
So a big thankyou to all at Scan for world class service and surpassing all my expectations.
