3.5 Stars really
Online viewing can be a little sketchy and have been waiting a long time for some films. Apart form that, the value for money is second to none and the fact that blu rays are ioncluded is great Netflix haven't got that have they. Free delivery and send back and a great library.

Starting in his bedroom and now Hollywood use him to cast for some films. Genius. I use everytime I'm watching a film to see what other have this actor or "who's that bloke again" reviews are helpfull and informative. Top class

Getting fat
too easy to order is the only thing that is bad as I'm getting fat. Great choice of local take aways. Lets tou know ehre the order is and how long it will be. easy card payment - only negative is that you have to pay 50p for cards hence 4 starts not 5

Always seem to go that extra mile to help. Customer service is amazing. 5 year warentee on all thier products. price mathcing too. I love this company and would use over and over again

One of the worst
My experience with this company was not a good one, not only was there lack of receptio but customer service was terrible. I ended up leaving 3 and it was agreed that my outstanding bill would be waived due to the poor service I had recieved. 4 years later, a debt collection agency were threatening court action unless I paid the amount and there were no records of the agreement even though I had the date and time and name of the person I spoke to. I would not use this company if I was paid.

Great online ordering system. Lush pizza's. Order very late Would NEVER order without a voucher though as so expensive. Still the best pizza about

Fees too much
Gets your product out there but 10% is a lot to take for a fairly poor resolution centre. There is always a reason not to refund your final value fee after a problem has been resolved. They do not give people enough time to resolve matters. Still use it though as better than getting up on a Sunday morning for a car boot.

Great Deals
It's great that you can search under deals so you can get the most for your money. Always seem to get vouchers through for up to £15 off and free delivery. Very helpful and friendly delivery staff. If they haven't got what you want, they upgrade it for no extra charge so often get posh noch for next to nothing

Freezing issues
The main site is OK but I downloaded the "shake-a-bet" app and doesn't work so well. Customer service didn't have a clue about it so not a great experience
