Prompt service = Happy tenants

Found the site on Google as I needed a good...read reasonably priced dishwasher for a tenanted property.

All booked and paid for and a next day delivery arranged. The only ambiguity was the fact that the existing dishwasher needed to be disconnected and it wasn’t made entirely clear that this wasn’t part of the connection service. Thank goodness I had tenants with common sense who were able to do this.

Hi Elizabeth, Im really sorry about the confusion in regards to the disconnection of the old dishwasher, we do state on the website that the old appliance does need to be disconnected, as it is only a connection service that we offer. However, I can understand the inconvenience this could have caused, so I do apologise. Other than this it looks like everything went well, I hope your tennants enjoy their new dishwasher! Once they arrived they were perfect for what I needed. I ordered before Christmas and never turned up, niether did the reorder but when reordered again they turned up as anticpated and as I said perfect replacements.
