Worst transaction ever made in my life.
Ordered in october, never received the item.
Complained with them but their support is completely useless. Nobody helped in tracking down the post and nobody offered help in calling the post office (they said I should do it myself).
They keep asking me to be patient while they are happy since they already took my money.
I keep asking refund but they do not want to, I've asked their superior number and they keep ignoring my email.
They literally stole my money and I will never buy from these thieves again.

I sent you tons of emails to firstname.lastname@example.org but you stopped answering because you didn't care!!
Item was never delivered, I called the post office several times and they told me to consider it lost and tell the sender to ask for a reimbursment (which I told you, but you didn't want to because you don't care).
It's been one month I've been saying to you it was never delivered, either you don't understand or you pretend to because you want to keep my money.
I keep my comment, you are unprofessional. I will change my idea once I get my money back.
SECOND REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT:
I can forward you at least 5 emails I sent and you never replied, just give me the address where I can send them and I'll forward them, proving that I was not answered at least 5 times.
You must be mistaking me with another customer, parcel was never delivered and I already called the post office and I even told you that! Post office said it's lost and it will not arrive. My order number is 3409, so you can check.
I am confirming you now that post office told me item is lost, so pay me back my money now please.

As I already said: I PHONED ROYAL MAIL AND THEY CONFIRMED ME TO TREAT THE ITEM AS LOST. YOU WANT ANOTHER CONFIRMATION? ITEM IS BEING PROCESSED SINCE OCTOBER 2009. ACCORDING ALSO TO ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE, ITEM THAT HAS MORE THAN 15 DAYS FROM DUE DATE IS AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED LOST BY ROYAL MAIL.

NOW GO DO YOUR JOB AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

As expected, no answer from the company. Still hold my view on these guys, don't trust them. Linkdelight, if you're interested in not appearing as clowns, answer and give me my money back, you have the proof you need.
No news, emails, calls or reply by post from Linkdelight. I am glad they stole me "only" 10$. I hope to change my feedback but I trust nothing will happen.
Where I come from they use to say "I hope you spend that money in medicines"
