I ordered an iPod shuffle and the delivery was quick, only took about 3/4 days. Then I noticed that the iPod would not sync with iTunes, not matter what I tried. The same day I contacted the store via email, I waited 3 days, no reply. I then contacted the store again, and waited a further 5 days, still no reply. I then put in a dispute on Paypal, and waited another week for a reply before escalating the claim. They did not reply within the allocated time, Paypal therefore told me to send the item back recorded delivery. And after just over 3 weeks, I have finally got a refund.
I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service that I received, and will most certainly not be shopping here again and will advise others not to too.
It states on their website that any faulty items sent back they will reimburse the postage costs, this is obviously nonsense and it just encouraging you to buy the faulty products from their website.
Overall, this company sells faulty products, does not respond to your messages and expects you to pay for the return of the faulty products back to them.
Received jiffy bag very quickly. Item was posted the next day, Mazuma then paid me before 12 the day they received it. I was very happy with the service I received from them.
Mazuma may not offer the highest amount, however they pay you very quickly and they are very likely to give you the full price offered, unlike other companies that will be very picky about any "defects" and are a lot less likely to pay you the full amount, so could actually be less than what Mazuma is offering you.
There was a complete lack of communication. Did not let me know they had received it. I checked online and they said a bit of plastic was missing from the silent switch. But they didn't bother to offer me a lower price even though the phone worked well. The bit of missing plastic did not effect the silent switch at all.
They took a week to even look at my phone. What a waste of time and money.
Do not sell to this company.
I sent the phone away on the Wednesday and I received it back on the Saturday, I am very happy with this company.
The only problem with the company is that the status of your phone does not change on the website and they do not tell you when they have posted the phone back to you. They only let you know when they have received it.
Overall the price of this service is better value compared with it's competitors and I am very happy with the service that they offered me.
