NO PATIENCE, in the wrong job!!

I would never go back to Cannock Specssaverrs again they are a joke. The women doing the eye test does not know what she is doing, incompetent! which is very worrying when your putting your trust in theses proffessionals!! She gave me no privacy when asking health questions before the eyetest by presuming it was ok for my mother to be there while asking personal questions, what happened to patient confidentiality!! She then rushed through my test not allowing to answer what lens looked better and become arsey with me when i didnt respond. By time my eyes had chance to focus on the board she had changed the lens!. When your paying for prescriptions and glasses you expect them to at least have the patience to do the test and give you the right glasses. Not impressed, complete waste of time. They shouldn't be allowed to be in this kind of job if they havnt got any patience!
