Excellent
Products are excellent value when in the sale and come lovingly wrapped. I had a problem in that I had been sent the wrong product accidentally, I called customer services and it was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. I haven't got the right product yet to close the loop but I did only send it back a couple of days ago. Only suggestion to make the experience no issue for customers is to have a home collect service for returns so we don't have to go to teh post office which is an added inconvenience.
