Great prices but......

I have bought quite a few things from these folk now and the prices are great. As others have mentioned, you have to wait a bit for your goods but you know that when you order.
The only problem I have found is with returns.
Twice I have returned goods and not been refunded. On the first occasion I had to chase my refund several times and, despite having sent my order back well over a week ago, I am being told my return has not yet registered on their system. This order was also short by one item and yet I have still been charged for it.
I appreciate this is a young company however this simply isn't good enough.

Update: my refund has now been processed and I will order again in future as the brands are great and the prices unbeatable. I hope they can speed up their returns and refunds system as it's the only drawback to an otherwise brilliant e-retailer.

Hi John,
Thanks for your feedback. And apologies that there has been a delay with your refund. Refunds are processed regularly, but only when we receive notification from our warehouse that the goods have been received. Your order hasn't yet been registered as received but I agree that this seems a little overdue; I've asked our warehouse to check this out and will send the full refund for your order asap.

We have grown more quickly than anticipated over the last few months and we're now recruiting quickly to cope with the increased demand. We're also always looking at ways that we can bring a better and more efficient service to our members, so your feedback on this is much appreciated.
