good and bad
plus points.. website easy to use.. orders despatched quickly and kept updated
down points..
part of order was not worth the money.. i.e. plastic plates (really thin!!) -- could have got at my local supermarket for a lot less..
not worth returning by the time you pay postage.. i e.mailed partyrama - no reply - as yet ..................... !

not use again..
will not use again.. mix up with orders - customer service telephone did not want to know!!
returned goods to debenhams store - told i had to post them back through the post office..
debenhams were paid for the goods and therefore they should accept the returns!!
The newcastle eldon square store customer service staff should take some training from the metro centre store staff as the metro centre staff were more professional and customer friendly.
