I bought a Grade B Pico Pocket Projector from Projector Planet. It was from ebay and reconditioned. The first projector that they sent me did not work and I was given another. When I received it i checked it and it did work. Because of the delay in getting a working projector the event that I bought it for passed, howvever I put the projector in storage for the next event which was recently (Nov 2012). I used it for one event only and so it was running for about 2 hours. When I came to switch it off I noticed that the image was breaking up. Small pixels of light appearing with no image. I wrote back to projector planet who said that the product was out of warranty and their is nothing that they can do about that and that I would have to pay for a repair.
They were not rude just stating the fact, but come on be reasonable....I used it at a single event and it was obviously a faulty product so if it were my company for good will I would have made sure that my customer was satisfied.
I am a fine artist who has recently moved into taking more photographs. theprintsspace for me was a real find. I recently undertook a days digital print course that was very good with an excellent tutor. Since then- equipped with my new found knowledge- I have made a number of prints and used their online service which is easy to use, very fast processing and quality of the printing fantastic!
I have already been recommending theprintsspace to friends.
