Opodo took payment for flight TWICE

I use Opodo for all my european travels over the last few years. I work for a University and both myself and many colleagues use Opodo for conferences and teaching abroad. We pay for our own flights and are refunded some three months later by the University. I discovered on my last booking that Opodo took the money twice for three flights. This has meant going over limit with my bank and incurring charges. Opodo has told me it will take up to 15 days to be refunded and have said there is nothing they can do to make it quicker.

Quite frankly, I am disgusted. I am not well off and this error has cost me money. I will not be using Opodo again and I shall recommend that my university uses another company in future!
