I ordered some nail products (value £35) on 6th December. I got an email to say my order had been dispatched on 9th December, which was great as I wanted the products in time for my Christmas party on 14th. Nothing arrived. After 20 working days I was sent a Claim Form and opted for a refund rather than a replacement. Customer services take days to respond. Despite receiving an email 2 days ago saying the money had been refunded to my bank account, the money still hasn't appeared. Very disappointed in this company, which is a shame as I liked the look of their products. Will continue to chase for my refund!
Update: Refund has now been received, but I didn't hear from anyone in Customer Services despite asking them to get someone to call me; at least this has now been resolved (14.01.13).
I first found Protect Your Bubble on Google. I have an iPhone 4S and needed to insure it. I was please with the £5.99 per month policy price, so applied for the insurance. Unfortunately the first time I applied, my computer froze after I submitted all my details, and I didn't know whether or not my policy had gone through, so I contacted Customer Services. It took a few weeks to hear back that my policy hadn't gone through, but luckily I didn't break my phone in the meantime, so reapplied again and this time the transaction went through smoothly. Literally took seconds and the documents are being posted to my home address.
Have since added an iPad to my insurance (January 2013) ... the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, I got through straight away, no waiting, no being transferred, I explained what I wanted and the whole process was SO quick and easy to do, and really good value for money. Also added 'loss' to my iPhone insurance for £1 per month!!! Have changed my rating to 5* as can't fault this company.
