I have already written to customer services about this. My order turned up in a very battered state, having been packed in a plastic bag and probably placed at the bottom of the van load!
I was dumbfounded but, luckily, none of the goods were actually damaged it was just the packaging that suffered. I have received an acknowledgement and an apology.
