Back in June 2011 I purchased (via Amazon) :
Egyptian cotton 400 thread count sheet.
7.5 tog polycotton duvet.
Egytian cotton 200 thread count duvet cover.
I was (and still am) so impressed with the quality of these items that I later bought further bedding and also 600gsm towelling.
All of these products are the best that I have ever used in nearly 60 years of life.
I have not had any need to report any problems and do not anticipate such an action being necessary.
My monitor gave up the ghost, and after reading a great review of the Asus VS247H in the November 2011 PCPro I decided to buy one from Scan.
My first call to them was a disaster - I explained to the Scan employee that my existing monitor was not working and that I wished to buy the Asus and pay by debit card. He then told me that I would need access to a working PC (monitor) to complete the purchase by card !!!
He did not suggest any alternatives as far as method of payment was concerned and in my confused and frustrated state I did not think to ask.
A couple of hours later I rang Scan again (a different employee) and asked what other payment options were available which did not involve a working screen.
He was extremely helpful and after arranging a bank transfer I received my new screen within 48 hours.
