They don't respect your marketing requests

My existing Card Payment contract was due for renewal and I saw an ad for Companeo on Facebook offering quotes from 3 suppliers. I filled in the details, received a courtesy call from Companeo and was duly contacted by 3 suppliers with regard to their service offering.

During the registration processes I was careful not to opt in to the marketing options but I received a number of marketing emails from Companeo without unsubscribe options. I emailed the sender but to no avail. After a few emails one had an unsubscribe option and I have had none since. I won't use them again as a result of this.

We are glad that we could help you source 3 suppliers for your card terminal request. Hopefully, they were able to provide you with competitive quotes and you benefited from using our service.

All of our emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you couldn't find it in some emails, it may have been due to a technical error. However, I am glad that you did find a link eventually.

I have now raised the issue with our IT department at our Head Office in France.

Great quality and fabulous service

I ordered some business cards last month and was very very pleased with the quality. So, when I got an email from Goodprint with a special offer I decided to order more and add some letterheads too. I designed the letterhead and uploaded it. Within a week I had 1000 pages of beautifully printed letterheads that will enhance the image of my business. If you are thinking about using Goodprint stop thinking and get on with it!! I have used other companies, these guys are by far the best so far. I won't be looking for another supplier.....
