Ordered a head collar for a strong willed Malamute Shepherd as an urgent replacement for a broken one. No indication on the web site that the replacement we ordered was not in stock. After 4 working days no sign of the delivery, so contacted the store by email and found the item was still in customs??? Finally sorted this out by having to settle for a different colour and the store agreeing to supply a matching free lead. Promised to be delivered on the 3/2/12 - watch this space!!!!. If it was stated on the web site that this was not in stock, we would have gone else-where and got the colour we wanted
