Great company, free postage on everything and no minimum spend what more could you want?
no problems with them and even when I had a fault with a cat toy I sent them pics of the item that came damaged in post and the replacement due to sending out something which was clearly too big for a padded envelope but they refunded me and said not to worry sending it back as that was proof enough. That is the only time i had a problem. Fast delivery
I bought a cat basket a smaller one than we had for the new kitten and the other cat who is quite small and this looked like a really lovely blue. When it came though it was the same standard blue as the others so having to send it back. They want me to pay to send it back when it was free delivery or charge a hefty £15 to pick it up by courier, what a rip off, especially as under the distance selling regulations they are not allowed to charge if item is faulty or you changed your mind within 7 days. Will not buy from them again.

No need for all the changes just as you get used to it they go mess it up again. Don;t use it as much because of this. Extremely hard to contact company about anything they do not respond they take no notice of peoples complaints and YOU CANNOT LEAVE!!! You can deactivate but you can't leave permanently
Mucked up my bills terrible business do not return emails or answer with the question. Indian call centre poor English skills. Refused to change my number when I was victim of Harrassment and even though police were involved wouldn;t help them either! Left them asap WILL never go back
