Order goods on 6th Jan 12 after calling and advised that goods in stock and would take 3 working days to be delivered.
Two weeks later goods still not delivered had to call and chase was then told that they were out of stock I then requested a refund of £274.00 which was told would take 10 working days only received £138.00 still waiting for £135.00 why are they refusing to give me my money back will be reporting them to trading standings.
This compnay should NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE please do not buy from them

There have been two separate refunds requested on your order. The first was for an item which was out of stock, which was refunded to you immediately. These funds should have been with you some time ago now. We apologise for the delay in your second refund being processed. This was due to a human error whereby your refund was not actioned when your order was cancelled. This has been fully processed now and we have confirmed this to you via email, and was done within a few minutes of your call to us.
