I ordered a bunch of products over a year ago today. They never sent one of the products for $57, so I contacted them and they told me they would give me a refund. Great. Except they didn't. I've been contacting them fairly often over the last year and I keep getting the same cookie-cutter type responses.

Please accept my apologies for the delay again.
I have passed your details onto our accounts team again further to my previous email.
I will do so again and I prioritize your refund, so it is put to the top of their list.
Your refund will be processed shortly and you will then receive a confirmation email.

This. Over and over. It's been a year and they keep telling me the same thing. I can't get a number to call, I can't get contact info for the "accounts team." I am going to try and contact my bank to see if they can get my stolen money back ($57.03), because this company obviously does not care.
Highly recommend you do not shop here.
