I ordered the oven on the 10th January as mine has given up the ghost, they appeared to be the best price via comparrisons and had OK reviews, contacted them and checked when it would be delivered via the phone, They confirmed that it would be 10 days as it had to be ordered from Zanussi, 10 days go by no contact from Redhill, I phone them up "will be one more week" claiming issues with the supplier, had had enough of waiting now after nearly of month, and cancelled the order, their promise to contact you if the order will take longer is a fallacy, I had to do all the contacting not once did they contact me to advise me of any delays.
Have ordered from appliances online today 4/02/2012 and they have already booked in a delivery with me for Monday 6/02/12 for the same oven just £25 more, and for that level of customer service is worth spending the extra money.
After reading previous reviews I realises that I have fallen into the very bad pile of customer experiences with this company, now to get my money back, as they have taken the money the day I ordered it.
After requesting the refund this morning and the promise that I would get a copy of the refund slip by the end of today have contacted them again at 3:30pm to gee them along, and have been informed that the accounts department don't work Friday! So it will not be refunded today, meaning I was lied to this morning, unsure why the person who answered the phone cant just work the card machine to send the refund after such a poor display of customer service, well done Redhill cheap but unreliable pay a little bit more for better service elsewhere.
