took my bike to their workshop 3 times - brakes still didnt work. Took it somewhere else and it was repaired within 10min.
Also their online ordering is not customer friendly. Your first ever order you can have delivered to your home address only (address your card is register under). Other online shops have no problem delivering to your work place but it's too much to ask of Rutland Cycling.
Is it only me or does anyone else thinks that PC world keeps employing people with very basic IT skills? they all very young - probably due to the fact that they hourly rate is low. If you have any questions to ask majority of them can't answer.
