Ordered a freezer, (which best buy, cheapest price I could find) I chose the wrong delivery date so immediately phoned them to see if I could change, and I could no problem. Received a 90 minute time slot the evening before delivery date (currys would only give me a 8am - 7pm delivery time with free delivery) Then on delivery day (2 days from ordering) I had to contact them again so see if I could find out further details about my scheduled delivery slot, they were happy to help and telephoned the drivers. So pleased with their customer service. Delviery was quick, efficient, they unpackaged for me so I could check no damage and they took the packaging away with them. They were happy to carry it through my obstable house into the kitchen. Would definately use again
