My last order was about the sixth pallet of tiles I have had from this company. Generally I would say everything is very good and of course you can’t beat them on price. But I will say that I have sent back a pallet of tiles before as they looked a mess on the lorry and they sent me back what must have been seconds as the tiles we warped. This last pallet was a mess when it arrived as well. But I was waiting on them so I accepted it. It must have been packed by someone without a brain as the boxes were stacked upright and wrapped with a bit of Clingfilm. Soon as the pallet gets knocked in transit they have all leaned forward ripping all the boxes and scratching some of the tiles. It also made it a nightmare to unload without them toppling. I must say that I have used about a third of them and so far only two have been broken. The last problem was although I clicked the link on my previous order so as to get exactly the same tiles they are different. Not the same shade of white, not the same manufacturer and not even exactly the same size. Which meant I cannot mix them with my left over’s.
Lovely products at excellent prices
I have to say that I read the reviews before ordering and I was almost put off from ordering. But I decided to buy some of the items I required rather than a big order to test the water so to speak.
Now I know things can sometimes go wrong with any company, large or small, but I have placed three orders with Pioneer now and I have to say that I can’t fault them. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery has been really speedy. As I said in the title the products of great quality unlike another internet bathroom company I used, which I won’t say the name, were quite obviously seconds. We had one issue with a wrong pedestal having been sent, and I can’t understand the other reviews, as it was sorted out by Jafar with no hassle and he kept me well informed of the delivery dates. Great products great prices.
When the reviews are quite obviously lies and factious written by somebody with an axe to grind trip advisor do absolutely nothing about it. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall. Why should people be allowed to hide behind anonymity? If they feel so strongly why can't their comments be linked to them and their face book page?
