I bought a t-shirt and bottoms for my husbands birthday (Jan 2nd) and paid for next day delivery.
The bottoms arrived but no top.
I called the store and they apologised and refunded me the delivery money. They advised delivery of the top will arrive within the next few days.
A week later no top.. So i rang the store and I was advised that there was no top in stock and they had no idea when this would come in even though it said in stock on the website.
I cancelled my order and was disappointed I was not informed of any delays.
I ordered a bed from the Leicester for my new home in October 2011.
Was advised lead time of 6-8 weeks, delivery took place between christmas and New Year (few weeks delay, which I was not informed of) after various failed deliveries as drivers did not turn up.
When delivered, parts were missing. Then had to wait another two weeks for replacement pieces which were then sent wrong.
Being fed up with the bad service i asked them to collect the bed frame and refund me the money. Bed frame was collected 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Spoken to several people at the company and the head office ( as i get shrugged off from the store as they cannot help apparently) They say that they cannot confirm that the bed was delivered let alone collected.
I don't see how any business can work like this, ive now purchased from Furniture Barn who provided quick delivery and put this company to shame ( a company that is triple the size!)
My advice, NEVER order from this company.. They seem to want to take your money and not deliver the goods.
