Faulty Bed delivered - Packaging damage so reported this with TNT.
Should have inspected all the boxes because only one box OK.
Bedworld wanted pictures and full details of damage also wanted to send replacements parts.
E-mail and phone call conversations to Bed World were not consistent from them, Open questions to make things difficult at all stages.
Damaged Bed taken away but replacement never arrived so had to cancel the contract.
All very stressful and a complete bad service received.
