I ordered something incorrectly, and it was opened. On negotiating return of the item I was informed I would not be reimbursed postage costs (Over £6) and would need to pay for the return postage too. It then transpired I would not get the full amount refunded to me and the customer services advisor was unable to tell me how much I would get back.
After waiting over 9 days for the item to be delivered, I was disappointed that I had to pay so much for the delivery of the item, and to be told for the case of returns I would need to pay for it myself. The customer services advisor told me it could cost upwards of £18 to arrange redelivery for returns!!
I Decided to sell the item on eBay instead as I will get more money than sounds live were prepared to refund me.
