Great value but website awful

£5 items so you get what you pay for :). But jeez it takes a long time to shop so I really had to sit down and plan to go through the website ... It puts me off and less likely to keep returning as just too difficult to find stuff


Flowers were delivered almost past their best

I have ordered many times from EFlorist but the last 2 orders ( June and October) I have been really let down with the condition of the flowers.

Eflorist are helpful and want to resolve but the replacements they sent out where just as bad - dont think I will use them again.

Terrible - Never again

Initial delivery quick but once I had a quality issue I am 5 months on and still not resolved !! Failed deliveries, collections and inconsistant communication

I understand that divan base you purchased had a manufacturing fault. My apologise for this and any inconvenience that this has caused. A replacement was soon arrange and a collection booked for the damaged item. The carriers have been unable to make any delivery or collection due to no response at the address we have.
