I used the pre-order service to pick up at Terminal 4 Heathrow. When I arrived the currency was not ready and it ended up taking a long time to get it all sorted. What is the point of pre-order if it is not ready to pick up when you arrive. Total time took 20mins when I wanted to checkin. I asked several times what was happening and no apology - shocking approach to customer service but I doubt anyone will take any notice as they certainly did not seem to care!
Note to Travelex - don't offer a service unless you can provide it particularly where people are time pressured!
Their service is as good as their products and that is saying something. The company is a benchmark for other luxury products to follow.
