DEFINITELY NOT AS GOOD AS THEY WERE
I had my first GHDs seven years ago & this new GHD IV has been downgraded. The 2-pin plug has been omitted and the plates don't even meet which means I have to put a lot of pressure on the straighteners to be effective. I do like the 15 second heat up & the warning beep. Also the automatic cut-off is safer. But I do prefer my originals.

NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. EXCELLENT TRACKING INFO ON WEBSITE
I was a little apprehensive using MyHermes after reading so many negative reviews but I can only speak from my positive experience.
I recently sent 2 parcels with MyHermes on separate days and they were both collected from me at the scheduled time.
They both arrived in very good order within 4 days and I found the tracking information on the website up to date at all times.
I would definitely use them again especially as the cost for heavy items is much more reasonable than the Royal Mail who have lost
several items of mine in the past.
