I recently flew with Jet2 to Geneva, everything was ok on the flight. For a low budget airline I had no complaints. The seats were nicer than my expensive Thompson holiday back in November!
I ordered my items on the Monday night, and thought that they would arrive before Friday. On the Friday morning, Elliis Brigham sent me an email informing me that they had problems sourcing one of the items but that the delivery would be made on the following Monday, this wasn't any good to me as I was going skiing on the Saturday morning. I managed to cancel the order immediately. I thought that they would of emailed sooner as I would of either cancelled the problem item or cancelled all and gone elsewhere. I had to buy my new items at the ski resort. Terrible service from Ellis Brigham.
