I have always used the Interlink Direct service when sending small items which people have bought off eBay. It has a nice friendly interface and also sports paypal, perfect for any online shopper. I recommend.

Good online service..needs to be mobile optimised.

The interface is good and so is the usability. Would be better if you had an app to purchase main draw games from or even a mobile optimised site.

Debenhams

Good all round service.

Debenhams' online experience is brilliant. Other department stores should take note.

Good all round service.

Been using eBuyer for the last 6 years and usually by my PC peripherals from them. The quality of goods are top notch and so is the service. I recommend for all things PC.

Your online experience isn't bad, a nice intuitive interface. But your in-store experience is awful. And its due to your staff. I visit the Oldbury store and find people just don't want to help you. And when you ask for help, your staffs attitude is like dirt. You need to review your staff training and/or staff criteria in the hiring process.

Asos

Essential for all the essentials.

Quality goods and overall really good online experience. Nice and rounded service now they have the delivery notifications from DPD. I recommend.

Game

It's simple. You want games, you go to Game. I buy and trade all my stuff at the Bullring based store. Good customer service. Could do with a few more tills for them busy periods, but other than, I recommend. Shout out to Scott. He should be the mould for Game customer service.

Primark

Good stuff...but needs an online shop!

I like your stuff for the summer wear. But I speak for every guy when I say your in-store experience is monsterous. Any mention from the missus of a visit to Primark, my answer is "I'll be in the pub, ring me when you're done". You need to up your ecommerce game and install a shopping cart onto your site. Not only will it increase your revenue but make many average bodied UK blokes like myself very happy by having not to wait in a Primark queue listening to kids crying and middle aged mums talking about "oh no she didn't" on last night's Eastenders. (not a stereotype).

O2

O2 is better connected

Been with O2 for the past 5 years and they havent let me down. Great service/reception and customer care. I recommend O2.

Play, Rewind and Play again.

I always buy my games and Blu rays from play. Quality service every time. Usually a bit skeptical about them using Royal Mail though. I prefer DPD. Nevertheless, I recommend.

Out of all the courier services i have dealt with, DPD are the best. Professional service and the goods are undamaged on delivery. The one hour delivery service is brilliant and they came within 5 minutes of the window. Highly recommended
