My first order with them arrived and it was completely wrong [cat food and litter, instead of dog food and toys] and after notifying them of this I was promised a compensatory gift. The correct order arrived a week later, with no gift. If you say you're going to do something it needs doing, otherwise don't give promises that aren't kept. There are clearly some internal communication and distribution issues with this company.
I bought a pair of their expensive but superb shoes in England and I emailed them twice asking for advice on how to treat the leather and had no response at all. For a small company providing niche handmade footwear I would have expected that they would take more interest in those who provide them with a living. Very disappointing.
End provide the best customer experience of any clothes shop that I've bought from - I simply can't fault their online service. Their customer service and overall response to orders is superb. I especially like the fact that they add the actual measurements of clothes on their website, which makes it so much easier deciding on the right size to choose.
As with one of the previous reviews, I ordered an item off their website and I've had to contact them why it hadn't been shipped. Their customer services weren't aware of this and said it was only because I had contacted them that they said they would try and find out what was going on and get back to me that day. That was yesterday and I'm still waiting. I've sent them another email and I'm still waiting. This is their first response below and I'm still waiting for confirmation if the item is in stock, or not.
I have just looked at your account and unfortunately due to a low stock level we are having a bit of difficulty locating your itemIn some cases like this we do sometimes find the item in order for it to be dispatched in others it could be that it is out of stock

This was my first order with them and definitely my last. I've bought from several online retailers over the last month, including from the US and not had any other problems at all. Even worse is that they've taken money out of my account for an item they did not have, despite the website indicating that there was stock.
Very, very disappointed.
I tried to get through to customer services twice in one afternoon and evening and held on the line for an eternity with a voice saying that they were busy and that I was in a queue. In the end the message said sorry our offices are now closed. By far the worst courier company to try and contact. From now on if a company tells me they use City Link I will not order from them and find someone else who despatches using a different courier. The worst ever, without a doubt.
