Simply perfect
Rarely you find a company with such great communication, customer service and superquick delivery.
One of the items I ordered was out of stock - I received a replacement which was worth 3 times the price I paid plus a lovely tip on pet food. Thank you, petshopbowl, I'll definitely come back for more.
Kaleidoscope
Birthday voucher expired
Kaleidoscope emailed a birthday voucher (5 GBP off order) - I used it the same day I received it, only to find out that it was expired. I contacted customer service, but instead of sending me a valid voucher they explained that the voucher expired because it was 'delayed in the post'. They didn't take my complaint seriously.
