I have 2 orders pending with these clowns. The first is listed as, 5 days ago, 'Signature from Customer'. I haven't signed for anything, so for all I know, my order, and more importantly, my details, are sitting in some randomer's house (they're most likely sitting in my new coat, laughing at my name and address). The second one has been at 'Order generated' or such for the past 3-4 days - by which point it should be here. No way to contact them, only to fill in their forms regarding delivery and package status, only to have an automated reply say 'thanks for wasting your time filling that - we won't actually reply or do anything at all with the details you've provided, go through whoever you placed your order with.' All the customer service team I ordered with have done is raise a query with them, waiting to hear back. Woeful customer service. I hope you're reading this Hermes people, give me what I paid you for!
