Superb!
Ordered a replacement glass tube for a patio heater that I had really been struggling to find - was so relieved to discover this site! My order from Heat Outdoors was dispatched immediately and delivered on time. Email confirmations kept me up to date. Overall, first class product and service!

Couldn't ask for more!
I had been looking around for a new guitar amp and although they weren't the cheapest, I opted for guitarguitar because they offered next day delivery by DPD (who I always find to be reliable).
Ordering was easy and delivery was perfect. My amp was well packaged too. Overall a great company to deal with!

Pretty good
Ordered Kerastase shampoo and conditioner. Excellent product range and priced well compared to other sites offering the same brand. Delivery time was reasonable at 4 working days for the free delivery option. A couple of minor niggles -
- no communication to say my order had been dispatched and I had to call to find out
- no longer seem to be be stocking the 500ml sizes of Kerastase shampoo which I really like
...other than that, reasonably happy with my experience.

I love getting my chocolate delivery!
Discovered this site last year when Xmas shopping, and have now placed a few orders. Delivery is always fast and most importantly the chocolate is well packaged, so it's perfect when it arrives. I can't think of anywhere else offering such a good selection of dark chocolate so I will keep going back.

Great product, but room for improvement
Was very pleased with the delivery and the quality of the tap, which looks great now it has been installed. I was disappointed there was no paperwork in relation to the 10 year guarantee. Could also have benefited from more information on the website, as the connections were the wrong type, but luckily my plumber was able to deal with this.
