Hopeless Online Shop (shop.telegraph.co.uk)

These guys aren't what they seem. You think big newspaper their store must be ok, right? Well you'd be wrong. They have recently shuffled around their website, including email addresses, shipping policy, and things appear and disappear daily. You contact their "Support" via the email provided on the shop page, and it goes directly to the editorial department who couldn't give a rats! I tried responding to an email and got a failure notice. I had corresponded with them the previous day regarding the whereabouts of my order and was told that the site would be changing and my order was still on track to be shipped. 10 days later and I haven't gotten a response to the email I forwarded to their damn editorial dept.
Absolutely disgusted, wouldn't read the paper for quids! Stay away
