Cancel item due to long delay & no refund yet received

Ordered Belkin Griffin IPhone4 £19.99 case back in Nov 2011 for Christmas gift, due to long delay and unable to get any respond, spoke to Nicecans and they agree to cancel my order and give a full refund.However until today Feb 2012, no refund received. Many email's and calls to Nicecans. No joy yet. Not very Nice company?.

Why don't you just refund my money. God is watching, you take my money, please give my money back before to late. Ammen.
