Appalling service

Very difficult to obtain info as email links do not seem to accept any password including new ones agreed over the phone. Emails contradictory.Original camera defective and eventually returned. Reference numbers keep changing so impossible to track by phone or email. Receptionist declined to accept order number as she could not use it on her system! Had emails requesting info re return of camera after receiving confirmation email that they had received it!! At same time had email saying that I could have a refund if I wanted. Found out later that order had been cancelled despite further request for info to aid tracking the order. L hand does not appear to know what the R hand is doing. Net result no camera (was a Christmas present) and no refund yet. Could not recommend them
