I am wondering why this company still exist in the market, purely due to great marketing skills. Quality of the network is awful, customer service from the indian call centres is rubbish. I have been wasted a good number of hours in explaining them my issues but instead of resolving the issue they have got many different layers of support and everytime you call them you start from the beginers and explain them your problem answer their stupid questions just to hear that they could transfer the case to technical support, they the technical support will call you back during your working hours and ask you all the stupid questions again just to tell you that we are looking into the matter and will call you back.
What a joke? Please stay away from their painful 24 months contract!!
Ebay
Not good for selling.
Don't go to sell your stuff on ebay unless you are a professional seller. There are too many hidden costs. beaware that the cost of selling an item on ebay will be over 20% which is too much and unfair and gives you too much hessle. They won't give you any indication of there charges when you put your item for sale so that you can include the cost in your price. Once your item is sold then they will start taking there bits such as 5% paypal charges, 10-15% ebay charges etc. I think selling on Gumtree or autotrader is lot better.
